Kysen was so excited when he realized the dish soap bottle could make the bottle tops move. He had to match the number on the bottle top to the same amount of dots.   He was working his fine motors by squeezing the bottle.  This activity also incorporated science when he figured out that the harder he squeezed the bottle the farther the bottle top slides and the angle he squeezed the bottle at made the bottle top go in different directions.  You could also do this activity with letter matching.

Materials:
Toilet paper rolls
Bottle tops
Scissors
Sharpie Marker
3/4 Dot Stickers (you can also just color right on lids and toilet paper rolls)
Dish soap bottle

First put stickers on the lids. Then write numbers, letters or shapes on the stickers. Next cut the bottom of the toilet paper rolls.  Last put stickers on the toilet paper rolls.

Now you are ready to play. First Kysen played around with the dish soap bottle and the bottle tops.  He was surprised at how far the bottle tops would slide when he gave the dish soap bottle a big squeeze!

Here is a video of Kysen doing the activity!
