Easy Pumpkin Cookie Recipe
Start by mixing the can of pumpkin and the spice cake mix in a big bowl. Mix it until the batter look smooth and you can’t see any powder.
Next, add in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven and how cooked you want the cookies. I cook them for 12 minutes because that makes them pretty moist but they still stay together.
That was easy, right? I’ve already made them twice in the past week and I’m making them again this next week. They are eaten so quickly, because they are so delicious!
Want to change them a little bit? Put them in a muffin tin and make pumpkin muffins! I’ve heard those are great to make with this recipe.
